The Teledyne Falcon4-CLHS M8200-Scientific (FA-HM15-M8205) is a high-performance 67.1 MP monochrome area scan camera designed for demanding life science and quantitative imaging applications.. Built on a customized version of the Teledyne e2v Emerald 67 MP global shutter CMOS sensor, the camera features 8192 × 8192 resolution, 2.5 µm pixels, approximately 3 e⁻ read noise, up to 64 dB dynamic range, 70% quantum efficiency at 550 nm, and pixel-level factory calibration for high sensitivity, measurement accuracy, and consistent image quality. Its square, large-format APS-C sensor and Camera Link HS (CLHS) interface enable full-resolution imaging up to 65 fps for high-throughput image acquisition.

Combining high resolution, low noise, high sensitivity, wide dynamic range, and calibrated image quality, the Falcon4-CLHS M8200-Scientific is well suited for whole-slide imaging, genomics and spatial omics, fluorescence microscopy, high-content screening, automated cell analysis, imaging cytometry, and light-sheet microscopy. The camera is also an well suited for precision metrology, semiconductor inspection, materials analysis, and other advanced scientific and industrial imaging applications where image consistency, measurement accuracy, and throughput are critical.
